It’s Boot Camp day 7 and time for a 30 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout Follow Along. Today rather than targeting specific body parts we are mixing it up a little with Full Body Dumbbell Workout and making it a full ladder workout from start to finish

A little different to the previous ladder format you may have done in the previous workout as with this workout instead of starting with 1 rep of each and then 2 and so on

We start with 1 exercises and then keep stacking exercises until we have done 8 exercises on top of each other . We then go back down the ladder , taking away an exercises each round until we are all the way back to 1 exercise

It will all make sense as you go

Again if you have the weights at your disposal , look to go a little heavier for the likes of the backs and leg exercises. As the workout progresses and you start to tire. if you feel the form slipping. Just drop down the weight.

It won’t take long for it to get tough
